Canvi de Mans

¡Estoy contentísima! Ya he recibido mi regalo del Canvi de Mans, el intercambio organizado por Alícia, del blog Ganxetades. 
Maria (@elsenyordelosganchillos) ha sido la persona a la que le ha tocado sorprenderme y ha acertado de lleno. 

I am extremely happy! I've received my present of the Canvi de Mans Swap organized by Alicia (Ganxetades blog). Maria (@elsenyordelosganchillos) is the person who has sent it to me, and her present is perfect!

El paquete incluía una casita para colgar, que voy a utilizar como tope en la puerta de la habitación...

The paquet contained a hanging house, which I will use as a doorstop...

Un neceser adornado con un vuelo de la oca y lleno de caramelos (buenísimos!)...

A cosmetic bag decorated with a flying geese and full of sweets (great!)...

Y varias telas y cremalleras y un patrón para hacerme un joyero de viaje.

Mi regalo para el Canvi de Mans/ My gift for Canvi de Mans Swap

Ya os puedo enseñar el regalo que he preparado para el Canvi de Mans organizado por Alícia, del blog Ganxetades. Mi sorprendida, Ester del blog Quan tinc temps, ya lo ha recibido :)))

I can already show you the gift I've prepared for the "Canvi de Mans" Swap organized by Alicia (Ganxetades blog). Ester (Quan tinc temps blog) has already received it :)))

Tenía ganas de prepararle algo que todavía no hubiera hecho nunca así que elegí a Mariette, un amigurumi del libro Ganchillo con Ternura de Sandrine Deveze (Tournicote), y un costurero y alfiletero diseño de Minori Design y que aparece en el libro Zakka Style de Rashida Coleman-Hale. ¡Este libro me encanta! Tiene unos diseños preciosos de estilo zakka que se pueden seguir con bastante facilidad.

I wanted to prepare some projects that I had never done before, so I chose to do Mariette, an amigurumi from the book Sweet Crochet by Sandrine Deveze (Tournicote), and a sewing kit and pincushion from Minori Design included in the book Zakka Style by Rashida Coleman-Hale. I love this book! It has really wonderful zakka projects in it that you can follow quite easily.

Además de los regalos, también teníamos que preparar un kit con material + una idea de proyecto. Yo le he preparado uno para que se haga un monedero con boquilla con las telas a conjunto del costurero.

Apart from the gifts, we also had to prepare a kit with material + a project. I've prepared a metal clasp purse kit with the same fabrics as the ones from the sewing kit.

Aquí podéis ver más en detalle cada uno de los regalos. Ester indicó que le gustaban los proyectos modernos, así que elegí estas telas tan alegres y divertidas que, creo, quedan muy bien con el lino. 

Here you can see each gift in detail. Ester indicated that she loved modern projects, this is why I chose these happy and funny fabrics which, I think, go well with linen.

Hacía algún tiempo que había comprado unos sellos de unos animales del bosque en Tiger pero todavía no los había estrenado, así que pensé que era una buena oportunidad para usarlos.

Some time ago I had bought some woodland stamps at Tiger shop but I had never used them before, so I thought it was a good opportunity to use them.

Y aquí tenéis a Mariette. Conchita me ayudó a montarla, aquí me está pasando las piernecillas...

And here there is Mariette. Conchita helped me to assemble it... here she is giving Mariette's little legs to me...

¿No os parece una monada? Me costó decidirme por el color del cuerpo y del lazo, pero creo que acerté, ¡me encanta cómo combina este malva con el negro! El hilo que utilicé es el Katia Alabama. 

Don't you think she is cute? It took me some time to decide which colours I would use for the body and the bow, but I think I was finally right, I love how mauve and black colours combine! I used Katia Alabama yarns.

Y aquí se están despidiendo las dos, Conchita ya me ha pedido que le haga una nueva amiguita para quedarse con nosotros jejeje

In this photo, Conchita and Mariette are saying goodbye to each other. Conchita has already asked me a new friend to stay with us hehehe

 

He disfrutado muchísimo preparando estos regalos para Ester, ¡espero que los disfrute mucho!

I've really enjoyed preparing these gifts for Ester. I hope she enjoys them!

Me he apuntado a un intercambio que tiene una pinta estupenda! Alícia de Ganxetades ha organizado el intercambio "Canvi de Mans" donde nos hemos inscrito 55 participantes. 

I've signed up for a fantastic swap! Alicia (Ganxetades blog) has organized the "Canvi de Mans" swap, with 55 participants.

¡Qué emocionante! Ya sé a quién tengo que sorprender, así que ahora estoy en fase "espía" y pensando en qué le puedo regalar. 

It's so exciting! I already know who I have to surprise, so I'm now in a "spy" phase and thinking in what I can make to her.

¡Qué ilusión hacen estos proyectos! Mi sorprendedora me ha escrito un mensaje muy misterioso jejeje Estoy segura de que cualquier cosa que me regale, me encantará :))))))

These kind of projects are great!! The person who will send me her gift has sent me a very mysterious message hehehe. I'm sure I'll love anything she gives to me :))))

¿Soy yo la única que piensa que participar en estos intercambios, etc, hacen que el día a día sea mucho más interesante?

Mi árbol de Navidad / My Christmas Tree

Este año, como árbol de Navidad, he utilizado un limonero que tengo desde hace unos pocos años (y que está un poco pelado...).
This year I've used a lemon tree as my Christmas Tree. It's some years now that I've got it, and it has now just a few leaves...

Lo he adornado con los adornos que he ido recibiendo desde hace 3 años ya... y me encanta cómo ha quedado!! :) Os dejo unas fotos para que podáis verlo.

I've decorated it with the ornaments I've been receiving for 3 years... and I love the result!! :) Here you can see some photos.

¿Qué tal ha ido el fin de semana? Espero que muy bien! Yo me acerqué al Festivalet (Bcn) y realmente valió la pena. Ya os enseñaré lo que me compré :) Hoy quiero enseñaros el precioso adorno que he recibido de Anitra (Porridge). Es tan cuco!

Qué bien! He recibido el 2º adorno! Dilia, de Canadá, me ha enviado una bonita campana hecha en fieltro y adornada por botones. El color es muy alegre, es más violáceo que el de la foto.

How exciting! I have received my 2nd ornament! Dilia, from Canada, has sent me a beautiful felt bell embellished with some buttons. Its colour is very bright, and it's more purplish than the one in the photo.

Last Friday I sent the ornaments for the Swap. I hope they like them!

Este año también he hecho una bola, pero con un búho navideño. He combinado telas con fieltro. Quiero preparar un tutorial, que subiré en los próximos días, por si alguien se anima... :)

This year I've also made a ball, but with a Christmas Owl. I've used patchwork fabrics + felt. I want to prepare a tutorial, which I will upload in the next days, in case anybody want to do it... :)
