Sorteo!! / Giveaway!!

Por fin me he decidido a realizar mi primer sorteo!! y por doble celebración:
- mi blog ha cumplido dos años este mes de octubre y
- ¡hoy es mi cumpleaños!!! sí, hago 36 años!!


So, I've finally decided to make my first giveaway!! and for two reasons:
- it was my blog anniversary on October, it's 2 years old! and
- today it's my birthday!!! yes, I'm 36 today!!

La verdad es que estoy muy contenta de haber entrado en este mundo y poder enseñaros lo que voy haciendo. He conocido a much@s artistas, blogs muy interesantes y gente increíble a la que considero mi amiga. Me gustaría daros las gracias a todos los que me visitáis, leéis y comentáis, lo que significa mucho para mí. Este blog no sería lo mismo sin vosotr@s!
Así que he decidido sortear una bufanda donde podréis elegir entre KATIA ONDAS o KATIA TRIANA, y el color que prefiráis.

The truth is that I'm really happy to join this blog world and to show you what I do. I've known lots of artists, very interesting blogs and incredible people, who I consider my friends. PulgasMix Barcelona

Este fin de semana pasado me pasé por el PulgasMix, en Barcelona.
Last weekend I went to PulgasMix, in Barcelona.

Me compré un collar de Lyn Newhouse Art (me gustaron muchos sus ilustraciones y muñecas) y unos pendientes de la colección MakTub de Nutopia (joyería en plata y vidrio), de la que ya tenía el collar y buscaba los pendientes a juego.
I bought a necklace from Lyn Newhouse Art (I loved her illustrations and dolls) and a pair of earrings of the MakTub collection from Nutopia (jewelry in silver and glass). I already had the necklace and I was looking for the earrings to complete the set.

Aparte, también estaban presentes / You could also find there:
Lady Desidia, Zález, Julieta Aytas, Brass and Copper, ByCnx, SietedelOnce, Esther Volta, Kunkuma, Rollito Así, etc, etc, etc.

Estoy en plena fiebre "bufandera". Ya llevo 6 hechas! y voy a hacer alguna más porque es rapidísima de hacer y gusta muchísimo!

Madre mía!! cuánto tiempo ha pasado!!! Más de 1 mes sin publicar nada!!! Entre las vacaciones, el verano y el calor, no me he conectado casi nada!!! Espero que hayáis pasado un gran verano!!!!

En cuanto al patchwork, etc, no he hecho NADA!! Qué mal!!! yo quería adelantar, pero es que a mí el calor me mata!! era imposible estar dentro de casa!!! A ver si ahora me pongo las pilas y me pongo de nuevo con todo lo que tengo empezado y algunas cosas que tengo pendientes por enviar!!!

As for patchwork, etc, I have do NOTHING!! I wanted to make some progress, but the heat kills me!! It was impossible to be at home!!! Let's see if I try now to continue with all my projects and the everything I still have to send!!!

¿Ha pasado más de un mes desde mi última publicación??? Madre mía, el tiempo pasa volando!! y hace tanta calor que no tengo ganas de hacer NADA!!!!

Hace unos días, estuve en Nunoya, una tienda que vende productos japoneses aquí en Barcelona, y no pude resistir la tentación y comprarme unas cuantas telas...

Some days ago I went to Nunoya, a Japanese shop in Barcelona, and I couldn't resist the temptation to buy some fabrics...

Ahora sólo tengo que pensar qué voy a hacer con ellas...

Viernes lluvioso / Rainy Friday

Lleva unos días que no para de llover... ahora parece que vuelve a empezar...

It has been some days now that it's raining here... and now it's beginning again...

He acabado el 9º bloque de "A Tisket A Tasket", pero las fotos me han salido fatal! Las repetiré cuando haya mejor luz, pero de momento os pongo un trocito con un bloque "Irish Chain" para el otro BOM que estoy haciendo (Snowbound).

I've finished the 9th block of "A Tisket A Tasket", but the photos are terrible! I'll make them again when the weather is better, but at the moment I show you an Irish Chain block for the other BOM I'm making (Snowbound).

Os enseño también una alegría que tengo en la cocina. Cuando la compré estaba llena de capullos, pero se le cayeron casi todos... pensaba que se iba a morir (hubiera durado el récord de 1 semana!) pero ahora parece que vuelve a la vida! Cada día la miro a ver cuánto han crecido! :)

This is a Garden Balsam I've got in the kitchen. When I bought it, it was full of buds, but almost all of them fell down... I thought that it was going to die (in a record time of 1 week!) but now it seems that it has come back to life! Every day I look at it to see how they have grown! :)

Este bloque corresponde al mes de julio. En el original, en la banderita que lleva la oveja salía "4th" por el 4 de julio, pero lo he sustituido con un botón en forma de flor porque no es un día significante en España (vamos, que mis padres se hubieran quedado igual)...

This is July's block. In the original, it's written "4th" on the flag (4th July), but I have replaced it with a flower button because it's not a significant day in Spain...
