Star Wars: Yoda amigurumi

Siguiendo con la fiebre que nos ha dado estas últimas semanas en mi trabajo con "La Guerra de las Galaxias" debido a la boda de mi compañero de trabajo, aparte de los amigurumies de Anakin Skywalker y a la Reina Amidala que os enseñé en mi anterior post, he hecho también a Yoda.

Due to the Star Wars fever we have now at my work after my workmate's wedding, apart from the amigurumies of Anakin Skywalker and Queen Amidala I showed to you in my previous post, I've also made Yoda. 

Me compré el libro Kit de Star Wars Crochet de Lucy Collin, donde te viene material para hacer a Yoda y a un Stormtrooper. He empezado por Yoda porque es monísimo!! 

I bought the book Star Wars Crochet by Lucy Collin, which includes materials for crocheting Yoda and a Stormtrooper. I began with Yoda as it's really cute!!

Algunas de las instrucciones me las he tenido que leer un par de veces, pero en general se siguen bastante bien. 
Yo estoy muy contenta con el libro. Contiene 12 patrones de los personajes más conocidos de las tres primeras películas (Luke, Leia, Darth Vader...) y sé que le sacaré partido ya que tengo muchos fans de la saga alrededor mío. 

I had to re-read some of the instructions in the book, but in fact it's quite easy to follow. I'm very happy with it. It has the instructions to crochet the 12 most-known characters of the three first films (Luke, Leia, Darth Vader...) and I know I'll make the most of it as there are many fans of the saga around me.

En este caso, Yoda se lo he regalado a otro compañero de trabajo que también es fan de La Guerra de las Galaxias. 

In this case, I have given Yoda to another colleague, who is another enthusiast of Star Wars.

Y aquí están los tres muñecos juntos, cuando les estaba haciendo las fotos para el álbum de la boda jejeje

Star Wars: Anakin Skywalker & Padmé Amidala

Un compañero de trabajo se casó hace unos días en una boda temática: los novios iban vestidos como Anakin Skywalker y la Reina Amidala en la Guerra de la Galaxia Episodio II: El Ataque de los Clones.

A workmate got married some days ago. They performed a thematic wedding: the couple were dressed as Anakin Skywalker and Queen Amidala in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones. 

Además, todos los invitados tenían que ir disfrazados del personaje que quisieran. Algunos fueron de personajes del manga Dragon Ball, hubieron también unos cuantos James Bond, y muchos más. Por las fotos que he visto y por lo que nos ha explicado, tuvo que ser muy divertida.

Also, all the wedding ghests had to disguise as they preferred. Some of them went dressed as Dragon Ball characters, others as James Bond, and many more. From the photos I've seen and from what he has explained to us, the wedding seemed to be really funny.

Como a él le gustan todos los muñecos que les voy haciendo a mis sobrinos, pensé en regalarles unos amigurumies de Anakin Skywalker y la Reina Amidala.

As he likes all the softies I've made to my nephews, I decided to give them the amigurumies of Anakin Skywalker and the Queen Amidala.

Para hacer a la Reina Amidala, en lugar de hacer el muñeco con el vestido de novia, lo hice con este traje rojo tan espectacular que lució en la película. Utilicé el patrón de Defective Geeks y añadí la corona en ganchillo. 

Instead of making the softie of Padmé Amidala with the wedding dress, I used the free pattern published by Defective Geeks with the spectacular red costume the Queen wore in the film. I've added the crown in crochet.

Para hacer a Anakin Skywalker utilicé el patrón de Luke Skywalker de Lucy Ravenscar y le cambié el color del traje y de la espada láser. 

To make the amigurumi of Anakin Skywalker, I used Lucy Ravenscar's pattern of Luke Skywalker and I just changed the colour of the costume and the colour of the lightsaber.

El patrón de la capa con capucha sí que me lo inventé y estoy muy contenta por el resultado. 

I didn't follow any pattern to make the hooded cloak, and I'm very happy with the result.

¡Le encantaron! No se lo esperaba, así que fue toda una sorpresa. Disfruté mucho haciéndoles y sólo con verle la cara de ilusión que puso, ya valió la pena :))) 

He loved them! He didn't expected them, so they were a real surprise. I enjoyed a lot crocheting them and it was worth making them when I saw his enthusiasm face :)))
